Of course, getting the results you want in record time includes eating the proper foods in the correct amounts and supplementing with best, scientifically-based supplements. We'll show you exactly what to eat and what supplements to take to maximize your workouts -- and your life.
Outdoor workouts are a blast -- unless it rains. Don't worry, if we have to workout indoors due to inclement weather, we've got you covered with virtual, on-demand workouts.
What separates this program from traditional bootcamp-style programs is the fact that you'll get access to our private training app. This allows you to take progress pictures, measurements, track your food and communicate with the group whenever you want. (We typically reserve this app for our 1-on-1 Personal Training clients -- but you'll get access for FREE!)

Does it matter if I'm new to working out?
Nope! If you're just getting started, we think this is the best way to "get your feet wet". You'll learn about fitness, commitment, and fueling positive daily habits through safe exercises that are scaled to your fitness level.
Where, when, and how long are the sessions?
This 12-week program starts Monday, June 7 -- and ends Friday, August 27. Classes will be held 5:30am M, W, F and 10am Monday through Friday @ Tenby Chase Swim and Sports Club's turf facility (161 Forge Rd, Delran, NJ 08075). All classes will be about 45 minutes.
What kind of workouts can I expect?
We take a dynamic, "athletes approach" which means you'll be using cool stuff like ropes, bands ladders, and cone drills as well as various body weight movements like push ups and squats. All of the workouts will be scaled to the individual to ensure a safe training environment.
What kind of results can I expect?
Like anything else, the more effort you put in to your workout, eating, and supplement program the better results you will get. Most people who enroll in programs like this are no strangers to better, more positive lifestyles though fast fat loss, increases in strength, more muscle definition, boosts in daily energy, better sleep, and more confidence.
Who is going to be coaching these sessions?
Coach Christopher Lopez will be spearheading this program. For the last 18 years, he's been training men, women, and athletes of all levels to improve their life. He's coached throughout New Jersey and New York City and has owned and operated the Jersey Strength Pit from 2012-2019 (Jackson, NJ), and now trains his private clients at American Bully Strength Club in Delran.
Christopher Lopez is a husband and dad of 2 beautiful girls, who has changed his own life through strength & conditioning and exercising positive daily habits.
Coach Lopez has been training clients since 2003 across New Jersey and New York City.
He owned and operated the Strength Pit facility from 2012 to 2019 in Jackson, NJ before moving his family to Delran and starting the private American Bully Strength Club in his home garage.
Through his facilities and online presence, he has helped guide men, women, and high school athletes of all levels become the strongest version of themselves.
